Great location and goid facilities albeit a little tired around the edges.

A great location a short walk from the Crans centre. Well-equipped kitchen and spotless bathrooms. Fantastic views from the living room.

We originally booked for four people and were very glad one couple couldn't make it as one bedroom was unusable due to the strong smell of smoking. Threadbare carpet and piles of stuff left in the corners of the bed rooms added a general tired feel to the place.

Good

Very big appartment with lots of natural light and good view. Comfortable big bed. Enough space for kids to play. Géraldine from Immo Phoenix was very helpful and friendly. A few steps from bus stop (bus runs every 45 minutes only).

Strange smell (cigarettes??) in bedrooms present all along. Very old and not so clean fittet carpets. Not a single hanger or space to hang up clothing in the rooms. Cupboards in kitchen are full, no space to store food. Stayed 11 days with little kids, but no replacement bed linen. Upon request, Immo Phoenix explained how to get the vacuum cleaner. No mop to clean up kitchen floor. Immo Phoenix only left 2 dishwasher tabs for 11 days. While they are cheap to buy, it felt like they could have been made available (1 per day) for convenience. Outdated decoration and furniture, a broken chair covered with a rug. Feels like the actual owners still live in the appartment and just made minimal room to accomodate guests.

This apartment was absolutely perfect. Beautiful views from the balcony and main room. Comfortable beds. Three bathrooms. It was very clean, which I really appreciated. Plus a free parking spot and a bus stop right by the building. Even though the decor was a little dated, it added charm. I have nothing bad to say.

Appartement spacieux mais nécessitant une rénovation

Appartement spacieux des années 70-80, resté dans l'état. L'accès est assez facile. La vue est sympa et le chauffage fonctionne bien. Le bus passe à proximité.

La chambre des enfants sentait très fortement la cigarette et on peut se demander pourquoi on paie 190 CHF de ménage pour un résultat approximatif. Les moquettes sont passablement usées (normal, elles ont plus de 40 ans), les ustensiles de cuisine sont vieux et les photos sont flatteuses par rapport à la décoration en réalité. Le parking n'était pas accessible car pas déneigé.

Logement très spacieux, propre, bien équipé. Arrivée et départ autonomes, très faciles. Propriétaires réactives et arrangeantes.

Logement un peu vieillot qui mériterait un petit rafraichissement et des vitrages qui mériteraient un petit nettoyageA noter un surcoût pour les frais de séjour, en sus du prix de la location.

Eine bittere Enttäuschung zu einem hohen Preis: für 4 Nächte 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder rund 3000CHF

Konnten etwas vor der vereinbarten Zeit ins Appartement. Danke. Der Schlüssel war in einem CodeKästchen. Soweit okay.

Das Appartement pro Nacht für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (13 + 14 Jahre) für rund 470 CHF pro Nacht versprach tolle Ferientage. Nur die Wirklichkeit wr ernüchternd: Fenster auf die wunderbare Aussicht durch schmutzige Fenster getrübt. Das Besteck zusammen mit KochUtensilien in der Küche lag auf einem Haufen. Mit wühlen fand man was man suchte. Bei einem Kuchenkstentürchen fehlte der Magnet und stand daher ständig offen. In der Badewanne fehlte die Aufhängung der Brause und auch der Seifenablage. Die unattraktiven Löcher starrten einem permanent entgegen. Das Notbett im Salon von miserabler unkonfortabler Qualität. Die Lampen leuchteten schummrig vor sich hin; vor allem in der Küche und beim Esstisch ein Manko.
