Best location no lift to upper floors

No proper cleaning despite staying 4+ days

I spent a few days at Innate Inn after a flight and enjoyed my stay very much! The hotel is located in a very quiet area in Aluva city center, close to shops and restaurants, easily accessible by foot from the metro, the railway or bus station, it's also possible to park in front of the hotel. My room was comfortable, modern and clean. The staff was professional, friendly and helpful. They did their best to meet my needs and make me feel good. The Wi-Fi in the lobby was fast, which was very convenient to work. Definitely the perfect place to spend some time in the area, before or after a train or a flight for example. I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel and I highly recommend it! Thank you! :)

Very friendly and welcoming, nestled round the back street so no noise from all the hustle around aluva, Room was very clean and comfortable, slept very well

Was a shame could hear others on their phone playing videos etc very loudly in rooms all day, but not the hotels thought.

As expected it is closer to Bus and Train Stations, and quiet place.
