Very clean and had everything we needed. The sofa and chairs were comfortable. The bed was a bit small but we are very tall people so that is to be expected. The kitchen was a good size with all cooking utensils provided.
The downstairs appeared to have a little damp and the shower was a little difficult to get in and out of as it was placed under the stairs and you needed to duck to avoid hitting your head.

Great location, has everything you need
As mentioned in the other reviews the shower is not easy to use banged out heads abit, there was poo around the toilet rim when we first got here and the utensils cups and stuff needed a clean before use aswell as the grease and the damp problem really needs to be sorted out downstairs everything felt wet

Fantastic location. Main room well equipped, well laid out and comfortable.
Down stairs smelt a bit musty. There was a huge wet patch in the carpet just outside my bedroom door - from trying to clean a carpet stain I think - and it didn't dry out all week.
