there should be some flexibility for check out. 10am check out is too early. Other hotels have 11 am to 12pm check out

It was a nice size for 2 of us. Kitchen fairly well equipped for holiday accommodation. Quiet location. Welcome pack on arrival was a nice touch. Heating was simple to turn up or down.
As some other reviews mention, the shower is really cramped due to sloping ceiling. Tricky for even a small person. It helped to be aware of this before arriving from the previous reviews, as we knew then what to expect. It was the only negative and wouldnt stop us from recommending the property or considering staying again.

Fantastic location. Main room well equipped, well laid out and comfortable.
Down stairs smelt a bit musty. There was a huge wet patch in the carpet just outside my bedroom door - from trying to clean a carpet stain I think - and it didn't dry out all week.
