Very welcoming owners and a very pleasant stay for 3 days. Its was perfect for me

The apartment was perfect for my needs. I loved that it was in amongst the trees, which greatly helped with the strong sunshine and high temperatures while I was there. Kitchenette meet my needs although a little more cutlery and crockery would have been necessary if there had been 2 of us. I got by okay on my own. The owners were very helpful when I arrived and showed me around everything I needed to know about the apartment.

I have a slight back problem which the sofa bed didn't help but really the bed was fine for 3 days.

Je ne conseille pas cette studio,la dame est complètement paranoïaque,elle est très jalouse de son immeuble,elle attache des papiers partout dans l’appart comme ‘ne pas toucher ‘..ne pas faire ça,ça et ça…..après une éternité dans le logement pour me donner les renseignements,elle reste en bas de l’immeuble à parler avec un homme (le gardien je pense)donc je ne reviendrai plus jamais

Ascenseur accessible qu. Après obligation de gravir plus de 20 marches du parking à l'entrée de l'immeuble.Douche bouchée avec refoulement de saletés (ventouse à disposition)Pas de table de nuit obligation de se lever pour éteindre le plafonnier. Pas de tringle pour suspendre vêtements Bref tout est vétuste bien qu'indique rénové sur votre site. Une honte vu le prix et le renom de booking.

Bel appart où il ne manque rien. Idéal pour personne seule ou couple

Très bonne interaction avec la propriétaire des lieux qui m'attendait à mon arrivée pour me donner les clefs et m'expliquer tout ce qu'il y avait à savoir à propos de l'appartement. Celui-ci est situé dans un logement moderne et sécurisé. L'emplacement de parking réservé et gratuit est un grand plus (même si on trouve facilement des endroits où garer gratuitement dans la rue). Poste télé avec les chaînes du câbles et quelques plateformes de streaming. La gare de Marly et différents commerces sont tout proches.

Le divan lit a déjà vu passer du monde, le matelas est un peu mou. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation, les volets doivent rester baissés par temps de canicule.

Nous n’avons pas passez un séjour agréable.

L’emplacement du logement. Près des arrêts de bus.

Le personnel n’était pas accueillant. Elle nous a fait attendre pour la remise de clé. Le canapé lit n’était pas confortable. Il n’y avait pas de vaisselle. Nous avons découvert qlq les cafards. L’appartement n’était pas assez propre. La douche était bouchée. Les eaux usées stagnaient. Coupure de courant à chaque fois. Il n’y avait pas de fer à repasser. En gros, le logement n’a pas répondu aux attentes.

La place de parking privée pour la voiture dans une cour intérieure fermée, la propreté générale du logement, la situation du logement à côté de ligne de bus et gare

La copie manuelle de la carte d'identité sans preuve de destruction (non respect du RGPD), des placards fermés par un cadenas (quel intérêt d'en avoir mis?), une literie non confortable (matelas mou et ressorts qui grincent au moindre mouvement), la proximité d'un axe routier très fréquenté (bruyant)
