Hengar Manor Apartments

My family had three apartments on the top floor, all off the same corridor so that worked really well for us.

Lovely location nice size flat..very clean..

I think maybe a fan would be a good idea as very hot under the roof. Better directions on arrival as didnt know where to find the flat..in the Manor house was the staff direction.clock needed a battery Tv in a wierd place so hard to watch..

Amazing location, beautiful gardens and atmosphere. Simply loved it. Old Manor house reminding you about history but at the same time was updated as per modern needs. Simply walking around was a pleasure. Rooms were big , spacious, neat and clean Stayed for 1 night hence wasn't a big hassle, probably if staying for long it will be a bit troublesome (noice from neighbours) Many of the things were peovided and some were missing which I will mention Provided: TV, kitchen utensils, travel washing liquid and sponge, fridge, microwave oven, toaster, iron and ironing board, 1 x toilet roll

1. Provide hand wash please. 2. People walking upstairs or talking next door could be heard clearly (annoying sleeping) 3. 2 flight of stairs to reach the accommodation (which wasn't problem for us) but elderly people will struggle,specially it is not mentioned before you book (non refundable), once you make the payment only then you are warned about 2 flight of stairs Not provided: towels, hand wash, water, tea

Property is beautiful, lovely grounds and lots to do.

No soap, towels, t.towels, Shower mat. I would think since Covid, soap and a towel should be provided in the bathroom! The property should be left as it’s found but with no t.towels how are we supposed to dry the pots?? Other than that it was lovely
