Koghbatsi Aparthotel

Great location, clear check-in instructions

The walls are very, very thin, and there is a big gap underneath the room door, so you can hear all noises. During one of the nights, a family of four arrived in the middle of the night and started having very loud conversations outside our room, and then in their room, next to ours. We could hear it as if they were in our room, and we had to tell them to be quiet. Also, the check-in instructions were sent quite late, after we had left to travel to Yerevan, which meant that we had no idea of how to check in and had to try to negotiate finding somewhere in the city that had WiFi, to see if we had any messages about how to check in. When we finally got WiFi, we did receive clear instructions, but it was a bit of extra stress and effort that could have been avoided by earlier communication.

Very clean and in a very central location with plenty of cafes and restaurants in the near by area. New furniture and comfortable bed and hot water in the bathroom.

The entrance to the building was a little bit dark and out of sight but we always felt safe when entering the area. The shower head in the bathroom was tricky to stay in place especially when trying to change the amount of water needed. Also there was a sewage smell in the bathroom.

Great location! Host was very communicative in advance. No staff member on site but they leave toilet paper at the reception in case you need it.

Sewage smell from the bathroom.
