Wir hatten zwei Wasserausbrüche im Bad mit einmal überfluteter Wohnung
Vermieter Deivy war nicht kulant
Inventar ist teilweise in nicht gutem Zustand, wie Wasseranschlüsse, Gasherd, Waffeleisen, Verriegelungen der Fenster und Hauptschiebetür.
Täglicher lauter Baulärm durch Kernsanierung im Nachbarhaus.

Very beautiful, comfortable, spacious place in a great location near the pier in the Malecón. Good parking.
The place has two deadly flaws: first, as you arrive, you are asked to sign a contract, and as you read it, bla bla, the usual stuff, so I skipped along and it turns out I signed up for a 10AM checkout despite our original booking saying 11 AM. Shabby. And secondly, they accept only cash, and ATMs in the Dominican Republic, and particularly in Samaná, are mostly a disaster, out of order, very low withdrawal amounts, or outrageous fees.

L'abitazione è centrale eppure posta in una via silenziosa. Siamo stati accolti con sollecitudine e cortesia. Tutti gli ambienti sono puliti e curati in ogni dettaglio e la casa è molto sicura. È dotata di un ampio living con cucina a vista, due bagni e tre camere accoglienti con aria condizionata. Completa il tutto una piscina ad uso esclusivo per il perfetto relax dopo una giornata di mare o di belle escursioni.
