clean & good central location

it took 20 mins & 2 phone calls to gain entry due to terrible instructions given via email. we got very confusing and misleading directions to property. the address given was “2610 Ryan Gulch Road 2322”… we tried to enter apt. 2610 but the code given didn’t match. so I tried to open the door and someone was living in there!! I closed the door and then we decided to try apartment 2322 but the physical key box code wasn’t working…. after 15 mins or so we realized that NEXT to the key box appeared to be a KEYLESS DIGITAL entry on the door itself….. #1. inform guests it is APARTMENT #2322 in the directions, not sure why 2610 is the apartment listed, this make no sense! #2. inform guests to USE the keyless pad ON THE DOOR and NOT THE PHYSICAL KEY holder to the left #3. MOVE the physical key box to a location that won’t confuse your guests… put it under something or OUT OF SIGHT having to wait 20 minutes in the freezing cold was not a fun first experience to our vacation. other than the terrible entry experience due to poor directions given, we found the accommodations to be exactly what we were looking for
