M's - Vacation STAY 80112v

1. Location is neat. In a quiet alley(so no noisy parties allowed) with close proximity to Aeon plaza. 2. Facility is great, utensils collection is huge so just buy rare ingredients and you can cook in the kitchen. 3. Pool is nice, clearly cleaned thoroughly before check-in. When you look at the pool status, you’d know why they charge this fee. And right next to pool is another set of bathroom and shower so you wouldn’t need to go downstairs. 4. There are actually 4 bedrooms, so super nice. 5. Everything works , very nice maintenance.

Huge bummer that impacts user experience: 1. Owner sets a shower rule that you have to pause for 3 minutes after 30 mins continuous hot water time, and not having multiple bathroom using hot water at the same time. The actual rule is unclear, and the outcome of disobedience is hot water shut off until next day(if we dont know Japanese, then I dont know what we can do). Due to this rule, none of us dared to take a hot bath. It is because of this rule, I can only rate this inn 8 out of 10. 2. One-time slipper is slippery on the floor. We ended up walking bare-foot.
