The owner is a very friendly and helpful guy; he really made us feel welcome and he gave us great information and advice about Soma Bay. We vacationed as a family of four and had plenty of room and privacy, also because of the 2 bathrooms. We’ll definitely return for another stay here!

We had an exceptional time at Soma Bay apartment. The owner, Evgeni, was super helpful and welcoming. Although we arrived later than expected, he was waiting for us by the apartment. The apartment is very clean and has all the facilities including wifi and a great balcony with a fantastic sea view. The owner was very responsive and helpful. He even gave us a ride by his club car to the Marina, allowed us to borrow his bicycle, and gave us breakfast vouchers at The Cascades with a discounted price. We’ll definitely be visiting again.
