Cerca al muelle, cuarto limpió
Solicité una habitación con baño privado y, aunque nos la asignaron, el baño no tenía luz. Al reportarlo, nos dijeron que por ser domingo no se garantizaba solución. Además, no había papel higiénico, jabón ni champú. Esta habitación costaba alrededor de $80.000.
Luego nos cambiamos a una de $120.000, donde sí había luz, pero seguían faltando detalles básicos: sin jabón ni papel higiénico disponible, el control del televisor no funcionaba bien y la cama hacía mucho ruido, lo que afectó el descanso.
Tampoco había mesas de noche ni un lugar adecuado para poner las cosas. En general, falta mantenimiento y atención al cliente.

The hotel was really close to the dock which is perfect when you wanna travel to Capurgana.
We had to pay more than the amount that was mentioned in the booking confirmation. We tried to talk with the staff but in the end they made us pay more. The shower also had a leak.
