Location is amazing! Danielle was alway prompt and helpful with her communications.

Suggestions for our host -Instructions. There is a QR code sheet, but it would be great to have one for the other appliances. How to use shower door. TV instructions and channel guide. We were here for two weeks and are not sure if it’s our responsibility, but having enough supplies, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, rubbish bags, etc. I’m sure Danielle would have supplied if we asked, but I’m not sure we should have to ask. Other bits of information we discovered but would be great on a “cheat sheet”: Location of Sainsbury or M&S, proximity of West End Theatres. -Kitchen needs a spatula. We were here for 2 weeks, so we did a fair amount of cooking. Flipping eggs with a spoon is difficult. Additional dish towels., see above for kitchen supplies. -Because it’s very warm, consider a top sheet on the bed. Many, if not most Americans sleep that way. Very grateful we got one from the host. -Bathroom: -a couple of things. First, face wash clothes would be helpful. - towel racks. There is a wall mounted unit, but not sure what it’s for. It looks more like a heating unit (another something for the instructions), but a place to hang towels would be very helpful. - a grab bar in the tub. Tub is so high it’s a bit risky getting in and out. A grab bar for your older guests would help. - a non slip bath mat might help in that regard too. -floors: we wore flip flops all the time because our feet got so dirty on the floors. This is another cleaning supply item that you might consider. We would’ve gladly washed the floor a bit just to keep the dust off of it. -One last suggestion, additional fans. Two of the fans are not very powerful. Good fans in each room would help. All of these are sent with the idea of making this a better property. Having noted these things, Danielle is a wonderful host, helpful with directions especially as it related to our granddaughter’s classes at RADA. Proximity to everything London has to offer is a highlight of this property.

Appartement spacieux, propre et très bien équipé. Tout est prévu donc très opérationnel! Y a une machine à laver, un lave vaisselle, avec produits fournis… très pratique et équipements neufs! L’emplacement est top, dans un quartier très sympa et commerces à proximité.

Les fenêtres des chambres qui donnent sur la ventilation et le climatiseur du restaurant du dessous, ce qui peut être bruyant, surtout en cas de fortes chaleurs et envie d’ouvrir les fenêtres

De accommodatie is ruim opgezet en er is aan veel gedacht om het verblijf zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. De ligging is echt een groot pluspunt: midden in het centrum van Londen en een perfecte uitvalsbasis om de stad te voet of met het openbaar vervoer te verkennen.

Het enige aandachtspunt vonden wij de geluiden van de afzuiging van het restaurant en de airco. Vooral ’s nachts kan dit wat storend zijn. Ook zou een topper op het bed het slaapcomfort kunnen verbeteren. Verder waren er nog enkele kleine mankementjes, maar daar viel prima mee te leven en die hebben ons verblijf verder niet negatief beïnvloed.
