I liked the natural lighting and cleanliness!
I think the shower drain needs fixing because it wasn’t draining properly. Other than that, everything else is okay. There are a lot of men around so if you’re a woman be safe.

Gute Lage, im südlichen Teil der Stadt, Parkplätze direkt im Innenhof, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen, Bushaltestelle fünf Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt, Balkon mit Tisch & Stühlen + Wäscheständer
Unterkunft war schmuddelig, Küchenzeile aus Restmöbeln zusammengeschustert, keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern/ Balkontür

Das Appartement war ruhig, sauber und nett eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Sehr gutes Bett, gute abgetrennte Küche. Schöner Balkon mit Gartenblick (Sonne bis abends) ! Für 2 Personen bestens geeignet. Parkplatz direkt im Hof. Lage in ruhiger Wohngegend im Marburger Ortsteil Cappel, ca. 45 Min. fußläufig zur Altstadt (Oberstadt). Gute Busverbindung alle 30 Min. werktags, Bushaltestelle zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Ebenso in der Nähe verschiedenste Läden (E-Center, Lidl, Aldi, Tegut, dm, Bäckerei und mehr) sowie Apotheke ebenfalls in wenigen Min. erreichbar zu Fuß. Hervorragend !!

Neu renovierte Wohnung mit stylischem Ambiente. Schöner Sonnenbalkon Alles was man braucht vorhanden und super sauber
Geruch in der Wohnung, trotz lüften nicht wegbekommen Kein Stellplatz für Fahrräder, mussten draußen stehen! Lage etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt
