El piso está modernizado por dentro, lo hicieron muy bonito y funcional. Las instalaciones funcionan muy bien, el baño está a nuevo!! Está bien equipado, el menaje de cocina, la vajilla y cubiertos, las ollas en muy buen estado. A pesar de ser algo pequeño, está muy bien resuelto como para pasar una estancia con comodidad. Lo que más destaco y que me sorprendió es la limpieza!!! Le doy un 10!! Nunca estuve en un apartamento tan limpio, y éste realmente es de destacar!!
Las almohadas son muy delgadas y pequeñas, deberían invertir en comprar nuevas y de mejor calidad. La jarra de agua eléctrica no pudimos usarla porque le faltaba la base.
