The location, the view, the comfort of home away from home, the well equipped kitchen with all required gadgets, storage space, ease of access to subway, Marina mall and the lake side promenade. The partial open kitchen was perfect for convenience and maintaining partial separation from the areas of the home.
The bathroom needed fixing a few times due to strong drainage smell, the toaster was not functioning well and the mattress was not best suited for longer duration of stay

Having arrived from Australia at 4 am in the morning and having difficulties at the airport, I arrived at around 8 am to learn a welcome from veteran (over 5 years experience) was in order so I waited in the comfortable lobby until Damo arrived.
PHEW as the security lock outside the apartment was empty (oops, cleaning crew forgot to leave key) so Damo has spare key!!! WOW, lake view indeed!!! and so clean and welcoming!

No extra pillow was provided, towels were smelly no replacement provided, not enough toilet paper, no place to leave luggages after check out
