The location
This was missing:
No soap
No cups for the cup holders
No functional showerhead holder
No place to put your shampoo
No chair in a big room
No light on the balcony
No name sign at the entrance so you know you're at the right place
Also:
The squeegee was broken
very noisy room
Very expensive compared to other hotels in the area
