La struttura è semplice ma molto ben sistemata e risulta molto comoda per i safari. Lo staff è stato molto accogliente e si reso disponibile ad ogni necessità. Estremamente consigliato.

Communicatie met overig personeel verloopt moeizaam, omdat ze geen Engels spreken. Geld pinnen verliep stroef: de pin-automaat in de buurt van het guesthouse accepteert alleen Visa. Met Mastercard moet je een dorp verderop gaan. De eigenaresse regelt dan wel een tuktuk voor je 😀 Let op, hier zijn veel muggen 's avonds.

Super vriendelijke mensen. Die alles voor je willen en kunnen regelen. De locatie ligt iets afgelegen waardoor je niet even makkelijk naar een restaurantje loopt. De eigenaar heeft voor ons vervoer geregeld en ook een hele toffe jeep tour naar Wilpattu. We hebben geluk gehad en een luipaard, krokodil, beer, kameleon en allerlei vogels gezien.

1 slaapkamer voor 5 personen is wel wat krap.

It was tucked away from the main road so it was quiet. The bed was comfortable and the shower hot. The family who run it seemed nice and friendly. Some communication issues.

The room I got was not the one I booked. In the description for the room I booked it stated ‘one bedroom HOUSE, located entirely on the ground floor, consists of one bedroom and three bathrooms, boasting a terrace with garden views this holiday home also provides a tea and coffee maker and a flat screen TV’. It also said the room came with 2 double beds. When I arrived I was taken to a room on the second floor, a tiny box room with one double bed and one single bed squeezed in. No TV. No tea or coffee maker. When I went to talk to him he told me ‘it’s the same price’ and I said what? I want the holiday home I booked. And he said no you booked drivers room(????) no I didn’t I booked the holiday home. It says it on booking.com. It wasn’t even on the ground floor. He eventually offered to change rooms, but we had already unpacked and we were going on a full day safari the next day so just didn’t care by this point. They served no food when we arrived the whole day, and it’s in the middle of nowhere so had to walk a distance to find a restaurant. The day after our safari they did dinner. 3000 rupees between two people, it was nice but didn’t get much curry for a rice and curry. I thought expensive for what you got. Also beer the most expensive I’ve seen in Sri Lanka. I left my sunglasses behind (totally my fault) and they offered no solution to help get them back to me.
