Tiene muy buena vista a la playa con muy buen accesos a parques y restaurantes, el personal de servicio muy amable nos ayudó con varias inquietudes con respecto algunos tours que queríamos.
Mejorar un poco el acceso al entrar por la escalera a lado izquierdo habían muchas cajas de basura.

The rooftop view is fabulous. Having a supermarket at the ground floor of the same building is superhandy!
The kitchen is short supplied on utensils. Apparently, a dishwasher is not very common on Costa Rica. Also, there is limited to no sunlight in this apartment 2, so you cannot watch outside... the process to check in was not very smooth.

- schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und kooperative Unterstützung bei Problemlösung
- wirklich schöne Dachterrasse, mit Blick aufs Meer, Außenküche, GasBBQ und Pool, was von allen Wohneinheiten mitgenutzt werden kann
- Supermarket direkt unter den Wohneinheiten
- angenehmes Bad, robuste Holzküche
- bequeme Betten
- das Appartement befindet sich in einem Haus, welches teilweise noch im Rohbau/Ausbau ist.
- es ist komplett innenliegend ohne direkte Fenster nach Außen und daher ohne Frischluftzufuhr.
- sehr hellhörig
