Really great communication from the owner. Plenty of parking outside. Air conditioning worked very well. Lovely spacious balcony. Quiet pool area, no problem getting loungers. But not the same as photos. Very loud construction at pool area on a few days.
Towels are threadbare and should be replaced Slight (bad) odor in the main bedroom,, possibly coming through air-conditioning vent. Items from previous renters left in the fridge and freezer. Shower enclosures need replacing. BBQ was dirty.

The space had lots of room and was very easy to keep clean. The area was nice and quiet and walking distance to the stunnibg board walk.
