Location, and amenities, services and space. In general its a very good place to stay for the value. There are walkable location to eat or activities.

Super beautiful accommodation. It feels like a very nice motel (incl. safe parking area), with an open and clean kitchen, a lovely small pool, large rooms with A/C, and beautiful decoration. We would give this accommodation the first place during our 10 days in Costa Rica! Highly recommended, especially if you like cooking for yourself! Additionally, if you’re lucky you can hear some Howler Monkeys nearby and see some Scarlet Macaws in the trees!

The pool is wonderful and clean! The location is also good and doesn’t take long to walk to restaurants, shop and the whale tail beach.

Nice pool, big kitchen, air conditioning. Beds were okay, good water pressure. Good location and parking available onsite. Water tap available as well.
We didn’t even see anyone who worked there the whole time, on the last day we saw some staff who cleaned there. Some (to us seemingly) random people (workers) were chilling at the pool when we were there. Room only has 2 sockets while we are with 3. Not really a bad thing but a recommendation; there are not enough sunbeds at the pool, just a minor inconvenience but nothing big.
