me gusta mucho el condominio aguas de Santinho, es mi segunda vez, tiene un Restorant de diario de muy buena relación calidad precio que atiende hasta las 23:00 en época de verano, es muy seguro , tiene accesos controlados, el ambiente es de buen nivel y existen otros amenities como mesa de pool, piscina abierta, piscina temperada con un acceso directo y controlado a la playa. los departamentos son grandes y cómodos, con terraza con parrilla y vista al mar.
en este depa habían algunos enchufes que estaban dañados , detalle menor, se arregla fácil. otro detalle de Santinho como locación es el trafico en horas punta, sin embargo para mi no es tema porque me gusta mucho el lugar.

Tamanho dos quartos, tamanho da sala, varanda bacana, piscina aquecida muito boa, facilidade de chegar à praia. Tudo muito limpo e muito bonito. Restaurante do condomínio bom. Guarda sol na praia bom.
Falta utensílios de cozinha como xícaras, copos, pratos,travessas. Utensílios de cozinha estão meio precários. Box da suíte é muito pequeno, muito apertado, sem condições, poderia ser maior e abrir apenas uma porta. Pelo valor os quartos deveriam ter televisor. Quadra de futebol deveria ter a segunda goleira.
