It was very clean, peaceful and relaxing. Everything was close and accessible.

Love this hotel but the I stayed in this time was nowhere near as nice as last time especially for the money it cost.

The shower was broken, the bathroom was small, the air con was really weak.

I really like this hotel, I have stayed a few times, the rooms, the staff, the food, everything is really good and well run.

The Gym, loads of kit not working, badly lit and hardly any weights. People putting towels on lounges and beds by the pool and not using them, service by the pool can be really slow.

The shower the door goes in the way very small and water leaked out every time you used it how can you book a junior sweet with sea view if all on ground floor as we were told when we asked to be moved moved to fourth floor or no better the breakfast and dinner buffet majority of food cold very disappointed the maid service to rooms up and down some very good some not so did not take away empty glasses we brought up from bar also when we asked why on the first day we had water coke and things in fridge they said that only happened on first day why when we were all inclusive paid a lot of money did this not happen every time the room was done as we were all inclusive also no background music as apparently they are not allowed which I find quite strange as there was plenty from other places around us the entertainment staff very good our first time in grand canarie thought we would tray or selves but not thinking of going back and if we did don’t think we would waste that amount of money back there sorry but I have to be honest
