La ubicación es excelente. En toda la avenida comercial de la ciudad, perfecta para caminar y conocer la cultura local, hacer compras, tomar café y/o el desayuno. Existe mucha variedad de negocios y locales. Las instalaciones son buenas, la terraza es perfecta, se puede ver el mar a la distancia, pasar el tiempo, ver la calle.
Las ventanas de madera que tienen los cuartos, no cierran bien, no se encuentran bien ajustadas, y como hubo una ventisca muy fuerte, el sonido que generaban era extremo, por lo que hubo que amarrarlas con cuerdas para asegurarlas y no se movieran más.
