Casa Montemar

Het zwemmen in het zwembad en het prachtige uitzicht. Lekker privé. Het allermooiste is de zonsondergang vanaf het terras en het mooie uitzicht vanaf de andere kant naar de heuvels! Het huis is netjes onderhouden en schoon.

Alles was goed!

Nos recibieron con un bonito detalle, la casa está bien cuidada es genial para pasar unos días tranquilos. Las habitaciones cuentan con ventilador de techo igual que en el salón, la parte trasera se disfrutaría más si estuviera con algo de más césped porque tiene unas vistas muy chulas con el banco. Tal y como se ve en las fotos

Quizás por poner un pero, el menaje es algo escueto lo justito para las 4 personas pero te apañas perfectamente.

other than the things mentioned below everything was decent.

Upon arrival the lady (the owner) was not very friendly and was not very nice about an extra charge they have on pets! She wanted to charge us 10 euros per dog per day! We usually wouldn’t mind it and we would just pay whatever but the way she said it and she was adamant that it is stated on booking …. it was NOT stated on the booking or on any of the messages you get from them once you have booked. She even took it further as to call her husband for him to provide it, he obviously didn’t find it because it was not there! So everyone understands we have two dogs so for the price she was asking for was ridiculous, for the price we paid for the house and what she was asking for we could have easily gotten another place. At the end she agreed to only charge us for one dog as it was NOT stated anywhere and we really didn’t want to argue any more so we agreed. Nevertheless this is very unprofessional on them and made us very uncomfortable throughout our stay! On the last day when we were checking out they (the owners) showed us some sort of managers app or something where it was they (the owners) were to collect 10 euros per dog per day but that was NOT stated on booking or on any of the messages we received prior to arrival.
