clean property and surrounding areas, spacious for 2 people, great location, easy access to parking, faces east so the sun shines in first thing (bliss), efficient heater if required, bed comfortable. 9/10. would of given 10/10 if not for the issues below. short stay 3 nights.

owner told us a few days before we arrived - no towels, toilet paper or tea towel etc provided. owner offered to buy towels for us for £20. declined. owner should identify more clearly in description. if that does not concern you it’s a great property. reception for phones is limited. did not purchase wifi for £10 for 3 nights. owner keeps costs down by not providing some things. not convenient for international travellers with limited luggage space.

This is our second stay at Surf's Up. As always the chalet was extremely clean. Andrew the owner responded to any queries we had promptly and efficiently. The chalet is only a minute's walk from the Village of Westward Ho!

nice property in a great park but needs a bit of work

lovely property and well located, very clean with everything you need

the creaking floorboards definitely need addressing. fortunately we didn’t have any kids with us but if we had the flooring would have definitely woke them up in the morning as it did me when my wife got up and not just in the main area also in the bedroom. could also do with a drop down shelf on each side of the double bed as there is nowhere in the bedroom to put your watch, phone etc when you go to bed.

The proximity to the sea and the sea pool made it perfect for swimming and surfing. Lovely accessible walks around the area too.
