It was close to everything.
The refrigerator was dirty, a bag of flour in the cabinet had a whole in it, flour all over the shelf. The utensil draw was dirty, I cleaned both the cabinet and drawer.

Stunning view. Location was good, beds firm, updated kitchen.
High cleaning fee!! Living room furniture and carpet were outdated & dingy. At least 3 LR spotlights out, torn shower curtain, frayed & only 1 lawn chair on deck, outside rotten wood on building. No washcloths. Needs some TLC.
