If you want cleanliness, avoid this place

I would say that you’re cleanliness in these apartments is absolutely crap. It would couldn’t be better and I demand my money back and I will ask for these guys to give that to me.

Properties inconvenience scares the stairs are extremely dangerous and the location is not good. It is very hard to get to and they make it very difficult for people again and you have to register with an application that puts your privacy and your information at risk.

Comfortable and perfect for a short stay to explore the city

It was right next to the city. The room was perfect and all the facility were working. The beds were very comfy and the view was stunning. From our window we could see the city, the ruins and some cafés.

There was no elevator. Because we were in the rop apartment we had to go up 3 stairs. Personally i think it was worth is because our apartment had the prettiest view.

Location is brilliant. One step out the door and you're in the centre. Making the castle ruins, caves, shops and restaurants a minutes walk away. The apartment is spacious, has a great showers and comfortable beds. If you're lucky you have a room with a view.

The towels provided were a bit smelly.

Bij boeken aangegeven 1e verdieping i.v.m. gast slecht ter been. Bij inchecken alsnog op 3e verdieping. Ontzettend koud in kamers. Geen koffiecups aanwezig, terwijl dit er wel zou zijn. Ruim voor 11.00 uitgecheckt maar tot nu geen reactie

Kamer was erg slecht schoongemaakt, vloer was heel erg bevuild, allerlei vlekken op de muur en het keukengerei was ook niet schoon.

Was erg vies, verlichting stuk. Geen Wi-Fi geen tv (wat geen connectie kon maken met Wi-Fi????!!!??? ) Ook geen reactie van personeel op berichtjes over tv. Hele steile trappen wat niet van te voren gemeld werd bij reserveren. Douche niet functioneel ingericht. Douche kop stuk en niet mengbaar (kraan) Bedden vreselijk. Gewoon een afgetrapt zooitje. Voor dit geld........

Mooi ruim, compleet appartement midden in het centrum van Valkenburg

De ligging van het appartement is fantastisch midden in het centrum, dichtbij de (kerst)grotten en restaurants. Ruim appartement met twee slaapkamers met ieder een fijne badkamer, wc, tv. Prima bedden. Keuken is fijn, netjes en compleet We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad.

Onderstaande viel niet tegen maar geven we mee als tips: - trapleuningen aan beide kanten zowel in het trappenhuis als in appartement naar slaapkamers beneden - douche iets warmer zetten aub - airco/ verwarming is defect in woonkamer ( maar niet echt heel koud) - mogelijk theedoek / vaatdoekje / vaatwasblokje toevoegen

City appartments Grendelplein

De appartementen liggen erg centraal, waardoor je snel het gezellige centrum in loopt

Bij binnenkomst roken wij gelijk een rooklucht in de kamer. In de badkamer was een zeer ehftihe rioollucht aanwezig. Het water kon niet warmer worden gezet tijdens het douchen, terwijl het hartstikke koud weer was. Ook was er geen verwarming aanwezig en lukte het niet om de airco naar warme lucht te zetten. Er was ook geen gebruiksaanwijzing aanwezig van de airco. De televisie was niet aanwezig in de kamer. Het leek alsof deze van de muur was getrokken? De bedden waren erg hard en goedkoop, waardoor het niet lekker lag. Het is erg gehorig in het hele complex. Dankzij al deze negatieve punten, hebben wij uiteindelijk besloten om hals over kop een nieuw hotel te boeken, omdat wij niet wilde slapen in de ijskoude kamer

Locatie was top, overal dichtbij. 4 Appartementen geboekt met familie. Inchecken ging super makkelijk met de app. Kleine gebreken aan appartementen, maar daar hadden we geen last van. Top verblijf gehad. Zeker aan te raden als je niet ver wil lopen.

Kleine gebreken die makkelijk op te lossen zijn , jammer dat dit niet gedaan wordt.

De ligging is goed

Heel erg koud , geen verwarming en de airco blaast dan alleen nog koude lucht .. de tv ging los op de muur we verwittigen de host geen antwoord ... binnen gaan is met digitale sleutel .... nu wat als je gsm plat is ?? Nooit meer !!!!

Prima voor een nachtje

De locatie is top en het bed was prima.

Het is erg gehorig, je kunt de buren letterlijk verstaan. In het appartement was het erg koud, er hing geen radiator dus we hebben geprobeerd te verwarmen met de airco. De douche was niet heel schoon. De voordeur ging niet open bij aankomst en het telefoonnummer om contact op te nemen werkte niet. Uiteindelijk via een bericht wel contact gehad en er is iemand langs gekomen. Het appartement is sober ingericht.

Randje acceptabel verblijf op een toplocatie

De locatie is erg fijn. Zeer centraal gelegen. We hebben prima geslapen in kamer 9. De indeling is bijzonder en ruim. Er is een woonkamer met een nette keuken en toilet. Trap af zijn er twee aparte slaapkamers met ieder 2 bedden, met iedereen een eigen badkamer inclusief eigen toilet. - Snelle reactie via booking bij melden van problemen. - De kamers waren schoon.

Er zit erg veel potentie in het hotel om goede reviews te krijgen. Maar dan moet er echt aan wat zaken worden gewerkt, er zijn best wat dingen ondermaats. - De voordeur ging niet open. Deze is door de technische dienst 2 uur na melden geopend. - De klantenservice is niet mobiel te bereiken, antwoorden van de klantenservice geschiedde in het Duits via booking. De reacties waren wel snel. - Geen werkende verwarming, ook de airco’s op warmtestand deden niks. Het wordt flink koud in huis. - Er was geen koffie beschikbaar voor de koffiemachine. - Er hing verlichting die half aan de muur bevestigd was. - De badkamer kan flink stinken naar rioollucht.

Leek een goede optie maar is helaas tegengevallen geen 2de x

Bedden

Slechte tot bijna geen communicatie mogelijk. Maindoor ging niet open waardoor we niet naar binnen konden. 2 uur moeten wachten voor er iemand kwam. Eenmaal binnen kwam er geen duidelijkheid over of de deur gemaakt kon of zo worden. Dus hebben we onze plannen moeten wijzigen door op de kamer te blijven. Zeer jammer... De volgende ochtend bleek dat de maindoor gewoon de hele nacht open is geweest zonder beveiliging. Airco was geen beschrijving van...wel aangezet maar was bijzonders fris op de kamer...geen verwarming. Geen water bij het keukentje... Voor ons geen 2de keer

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Wir hatten Appartement Nr. 5 mit einer modernen Ausstattung. Die Wendeltreppe ist eine sportliche Herausforderung:-) Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist absolut top - mitten im Geschehen direkt in der Stadtmitte.

Die beiden Metallbetten müssten dringend nachgestellt werden, da sie bei jeder Bewegung wackelten und quietschten. Der Fernseher war nicht mit dem WLan verbunden und funktionierte daher nicht. Das Geschirr wurde nach dem Mieterwechsel wohl nicht überprüft, denn die Kaffeetassen waren unsauber und das geht überhaupt nicht.

Locatie prachtig. Middenin het centrum. Prachtig appartement. Inchecken en deuren openen met de app. Ideaal.

We hadden zelf eten meegenomen maar er was slechts 1 vork. Gelukkig hadden we er 1 bij ons. De avond was rustig maar midden in de nacht werd het gehorig. Het bed van de boven buren kraakte nogal …. langer dan een anderhalf uur en een hoop gekreun van de buurvrouw ….
