Comfortable and perfect for a short stay to explore the city

It was right next to the city. The room was perfect and all the facility were working. The beds were very comfy and the view was stunning. From our window we could see the city, the ruins and some cafés.

There was no elevator. Because we were in the rop apartment we had to go up 3 stairs. Personally i think it was worth is because our apartment had the prettiest view.

Location is brilliant. One step out the door and you're in the centre. Making the castle ruins, caves, shops and restaurants a minutes walk away. The apartment is spacious, has a great showers and comfortable beds. If you're lucky you have a room with a view.

The towels provided were a bit smelly.

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung

Wir hatten Appartement Nr. 5 mit einer modernen Ausstattung. Die Wendeltreppe ist eine sportliche Herausforderung:-) Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist absolut top - mitten im Geschehen direkt in der Stadtmitte.

Die beiden Metallbetten müssten dringend nachgestellt werden, da sie bei jeder Bewegung wackelten und quietschten. Der Fernseher war nicht mit dem WLan verbunden und funktionierte daher nicht. Das Geschirr wurde nach dem Mieterwechsel wohl nicht überprüft, denn die Kaffeetassen waren unsauber und das geht überhaupt nicht.

Prachtig maar toch wel gehorig appartement

Locatie prachtig. Middenin het centrum. Prachtig appartement. Inchecken en deuren openen met de app. Ideaal.

We hadden zelf eten meegenomen maar er was slechts 1 vork. Gelukkig hadden we er 1 bij ons. De avond was rustig maar midden in de nacht werd het gehorig. Het bed van de boven buren kraakte nogal …. langer dan een anderhalf uur en een hoop gekreun van de buurvrouw ….

De Locatie

De hygiëne van het appartement was echt super slecht. Alle muren, de vloer en de plinten waren vies. Het was er erg stoffig, het bestek was vies en er lag nog rotzooi van de vorige bewoners. De koelkast zat onder de vlekken en ga zo maar door. Het is ronduit smerig om zo je vakantie te beginnen het leek wel een verloederde studenten woning.

Slecht appartement; het geld niet waard.

Locatie is midden in het centrum. Appartement is voor een hotelkamer redelijk ruim. Appartement was redelijk schoon, op vieze plekken in badkamer en vreemde reparatie in vloer na.

Drie trappen, waarvan 2 heel steile; geen lift. 1 stoel in een 2-persoonskamer!!! Echt heel slecht, je wilt toch allebei zitten 's avonds, zeker als je de Heuvelland4Daagse hebt gewandeld en moe bent! Iedereen klaagt over die ene stoel, zorg dan dat er gewoon een tweede stoel bij komt, zoals het hoort! 1 bed was goed, het andere kraakte behoorlijk. Elektrisch fornuis deed het niet, maar je kunt niet bij de stekker om het te resetten. Deur van badkamer moest open blijven staan, want anders bleef de zeer luidruchtige afzuiging voortdurend loeien. Het is heel erg gehorig: je hoorde de buren snurken plus nog al het geluid van buiten: herrie van de terrassen en veel verkeersoverlast. Servies is karig, echt maar van alles 1 of 2 stuks, ook van het bestek. Er is niemand om contact mee op te nemen bij problemen, want geen enkele menselijk contact. Geen fietsenstalling in de buurt, dus je moet maar hopen dat je fiets er nog staat de volgende ochtend (er is een mogelijkheid om ruimte voor fietsen te maken in de gang beneden, zodat ze binnen kunnen staan. Doe dat dan als eigenaar.) Absoluut geen aanrader. (We hadden kamer 8).

Er is geen oplossing (geen fatsoenlijk contact) gekomen, teleurstellend en onvoldoende!

De ligging.

Het appartement was niet echt schoon, afzuiger van de badkamer was dag en nacht te horen in de slaapkamer, zelf op zoek gegaan naar w.c.papier. Communicatie verloopt in het Engels??!! Ik had geen wachtwoord gekregen voor wifi, dus ik kon alleen gebruik maken van een onveilige wifi. De t.v. had geen verbinding met wifi, dus ik kon geen gebruik maken van de t.v. ! Dus ook niet genieten van Netflix!! Meerdere pogingen gedaan om dit opgelost te krijgen, via telefoon, via sms, via app, via site, maar er is geen enkele poging vanuit jullie gedaan om dit op te lossen. En dat vind ik niet acceptabel.

De ligging

er was geen stopcontact bij het keukenblok,niet handig, stopcontacten in de badkamer hangen los. de airco werkt wel maar is zo lek als een mandje. de bedden hadden gevaarlijk scherpe punten en de matrassen zijn dun en oncomfortabel. De ligging is perfect,en de kamer redelijk schoon, behalve het bedlamp die aan de buitenkant schoon was maar de binnenkant een dikke laag stof bezat. uitzicht op het platte dak en vuilniszakken in een hoek van het dak. wij komen hier niet nogmaals.

Het ligt heel centraal en het is een fijne ruimte.

Wel wat geluidsoverlast maar dat heb je als je kiest voor in het centrum te zitten. Het appartement was niet geheel schoon en qua glazen en bestek was het niet meer compleet. Een passpiegel zou geen overbodige luxe zijn.

Etwas enttäuschend.

Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe von 3 Ehepaaren. Die Lage des Apartments in Valkenburg ist sehr gut. Das Zentrum des schönen kleinen Ortes war direkt vor der Haustür. Das Parkhaus relativ nah. Im Zentrum des Ortes war eine Gaststätte neben der anderen. Es herrschte abends lebhaftes Treiben. Ein guter Startpunkt für einen Besuch von Maastricht.

Wir hatten ein Standard-Apartment und 2 Deluxe- Apartments gebucht. Ein Zimmer war nicht gereinigt. Da in dieser Unterkunft kein Personal anzutreffen ist, war es aufregend, Kontakt herzustellen. Per E-Mail und Telefon ist es letztlich gelungen und man konnte uns mitteilen, wo frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher zu finden sind. Kulanter Weise sollen wir einen Teil der Buchungskosten erstattet bekommen. Die anderen Zimmer waren sauber. Luxus konnte man aber nicht entdecken. Die Seifenspender waren alle leer. Unter der Klimaanlage in Zimmer 3 stand eine Schüssel mit Wasser (warscheinlich tropft sie bei Benutzung) und die Steckdosen im Bad waren lose. Den Namen Deluxe-Apartement hatten sie jedenfalls nicht verdient.

Slecht verzorgd.

Er was een aangebroken toiletrol en eentje waar nauwelijks nog wat op zat. Lege tissuehouder. Er was welgeteld één koffiecup. Dit gemeld via Aeroguest, maar tot op heden geen respons gekregen. Ik vraag me af hoe je contact moet leggen als er écht wat mis is. We zijn dus zelf maar naar de supermarkt gegaan om koffie en wc-papier te halen. De douchedeuren sluiten niet waardoor de grond nat spettert. De regendouche was defect. De thermostaatkraan was niet goed en draaide dol. Een sigarettenfilter onder het badkamermeubel. Stofvlokken onder de bedden. Oftewel er was niet goed schoongemaakt. Twee kleine handdoekjes en twee grote, maar niets voor op de vloer. En slechts één haakje om wat op te hangen. De bestekbak lag onderin de kledingkast met de kledinghangers en de roede erbovenop, beetje rare plek.

Prima en aanbevolen!

De locatie is top. Wij waren hier voor een feestje en hebben een prima verblijf gehad. Alles was schoon en netjes. Dat er eenpersoons bedden staan was bekend dus daar ga ik dan ook niet over zeuren. We hebben er prima op geslapen. We hebben niet gekookt maar de keukeninrichting was compleet en fijn dat er genoeg koffie aanwezig was! De rioollucht die in eerdere reviews wordt genoemd wordt veroorzaakt door een lekke airco in de woonkamer.

Je moet wel een paar trappen op maar dat was ook bekend!

Locatie en uitzicht op straat is top. Uitgebreide moderne keuken Moderne badkamer Toegangssysteem werkt perfect! Goede airco

Televisie in kamer 1 valt bijna van de muur. Enorme misselijkmakende rioollucht op de gehele accomodatie afkomstig vanuit de badkamer. Hele dunne muren, je kan de buren horen praten. Bedden zijn smal en krakkemikkig, wel schoon. Water in de douche loop slecht weg.
