Excellent hotel
Loved this family owned hotel! Great and helpful staff! The location was great, close to the center, but in a calm neighborhood. The breakfast was so good and many options. Highly recommend :)

A lovely time
My friend and I booked this for a week. I enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable and clean. The perfect location for exploring southern Albania. The hotel is family-run. The owners were lovely and made us very welcome. They even went out of their way to buy some gluten-free bread for breakfast. It's located on the hill above the quiet port area. The view from the balcony over the harbour was nice. There are many great fish restaurants; the one directly below the hotel is exceptional and very reasonably priced. The local supermarket is a short walk and the main area of Saranda is approximately a 10-minute walk away. Ksmail was about an 30mins drive away. Both are lovely to visit, but are busy. We were given recommendations of much nicer beaches in the other direction by the owners.
My only complaint is that breakfast was served from 08:30, which is a little too late for me.

An Unforgettable Stay
I’ve stayed in many places, but this hotel stands out thanks to the most accommodating and kind-hearted hotel manager, Aleks. There’s hospitality and then there’s his level of care. From the moment we arrived, he was genuinely attentive, warm, and conversational, making us feel like more than just guests. He went above and beyond, giving us fantastic recommendations for local hotspots, and the best places to explore. It felt like we had a personal guide who truly wanted us to enjoy everything the area had to offer. Our room was beautiful, spacious, and offered a stunning sea view that made every morning special. Breakfast was equally delightful which was fresh, delicious, and served with a smile. If you're looking for more than just a place to stay, a place to experience real Albanian hospitality, then this is where you need to be. Highly recommend!

Overall, a pleasant stay!
We initially booked for one night, but then decided to extend our stay for two more nights, staying a total of 3 nights and 4 days. Everything was fine – it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was good. There was a fridge in the room. The bathroom had the basic essentials, such as toilet paper, shampoo, hand soap, towels and a hair dryer. The owner, Aleks, and his family were very welcoming.
•Regarding parking, the hotel has its own parking lot, but it fills up quickly, so you're often forced to park around the hotel or on a nearby street, which I didn’t particularly like. However, the area "felt" safe in May, which made it easier for us. •The hotel is approximately a 20-minute walk in one direction from the city center. •Be careful when choosing a room, as the photo might be misleading. It shows a Sea View, while 'Mountain View' with no balcony is written below, which doesn’t stand out much. The reception may inform you that you didn’t select the Sea View, which costs more, as happened to us when we paid a bit extra. I admit it was our mistake. Above all, regardless of everything, the hotel was a good choice.
