提前寄放行李，放一樓公用客廳，入住時自行取回。 電梯空間大，走廊挺寬。 入住附陽台房間浴室有窗，通風佳；臨馬路有車聲，但入夜後就沒太多車。 窗簾遮光性夠。 水壓夠強夠熱(先開小水量再調，不然蓮蓬頭會飛走)。 房間燈很亮，睡覺需微光者，開廁所燈留門縫或自備小夜燈。
玄關換單一色系室內鞋，地毯上會放滿大家的室外鞋和室內鞋，挺雜亂，只能自己找固定位置放。 建議吃完食物，垃圾拿去一樓最後面的廚房垃圾桶丟(因吃完甜點包裝放桌上，一會螞蟻就來了） 隔壁房間使用浴室時，會聽到低頻噪音。
