Spoilt by poor management
Location, space and views
We turned up after the allotted check in time and whilst the house was generally clean, none of the beds had been changed from the previous guests. On phoning the agents we were told beds would be changed ASAP and definitely before bedtime. The beds weren’t changed and we had to sleep in beds strangers had slept in. Horrendous!!! Also, the heating downstairs did not work so the house was freezing. It’s a shame as the house is lovely, just managed badly.

The location is excellent, a few minutes walk down the hill into Abersoch. The layout is good and the best bit of the outdoor space isn’t even included in the photos, the outdoor covered eating area has a lovely fire and was where we all gathered every evening.
One thing everybody commented on was the lack of locks on the bathroooms.
