Tandem Torre de la Calahorra

Everything about this property is a hit - the location is a minute walk from the Roman bridge and 7 min walk from the biggest attractions - La Mezquita. The place is modern, clean, comfortable and as well as the bed and the sofa are very comfortable to sleep on. The place is quite big, there is free water waiting for you and some tea and coffee. There is shampoo, hair dryer and kitchen staff for some basic cooking, also a microwave.

While the place is totally worth it, the check in process and parking is a bit of a bumpy process. The property communicating to check-in at the reception of the hotel which is right in the centre next to Mezquita (around 8min from the apartment itself) - but if you are coming by car getting permission to drive in and parking to get out of the car is not the greatest (it is crowded and there is nowhere to leave the car next to the hotel). On the other hand, there is no private parking at the property - but if you are lucky you can catch a place at the street (outside of the actual accommodation building). What we did was we left the car at the free parking around 400m from the apartment, walked to the reception of the hotel to pick up the key, checked in and re-parked the car close to the apartment later on. My advice would be to just create a self-check-in box so there is less hustle.

This apartment is at a great location on walking distance from the center. The apartment has everything you need.

Before our visit we received many spam emails about this stay so we were very suspicious. In stead of sending messages via the Booking.com platform they told us that they have send a Whatsapp with instructions which we did not receive. When we came to the apartment (just the address at the Booking.com confirmation) and called the reception it seemed that we needed to pick-up the keys at a hotel in the center. The receptionist was not very helpfull and the hotel is not reachable by car. You need a 10 min walk to get to the reception. The parking garage is very small but you can also park in the street.

Apartment clean and location

Everything fine but Ac is not working properly, this apartment is hot,we have to take shower many times a day, as it is too hot, humid outside. Secondly they took 150 euro as per warranty extra, they said will return in 48 hrs, now 4 days gone still I didn't get my money back, I think they have checked their property thanks
