Unique location: Quiet area with access to green space and beach without crossing any roads.
Private outdoor territory and lovely conservatory.
Nothing critical - all good.
But some areas could benefit from little maintenance (like stiff shower mixer or broken temperature indicator on fridge).

The space, style & design are superb. We had everything we needed for our family. The view from the raised deck was delightful and the sunken garden very safe for the small children. The location is excellent for both the beach & the town.

Perfect location with plenty of space and parking.
We took too much with us, everything you need is provided and more.
Delt directly with the owner a couple of times that went the extra mile to make sure we all had a good time.
There’s no negatives from any of our group.
