スタッフの方も親切で良かったです。連泊のため部屋の掃除をキャンセルすると、ドアノブにタオルセットを置いてくれるサービスがとても良かった。立地的に、食事処やコンビニが近く助かりました。朝食もサービスであれだけ頂けるのは驚きでした。
部屋の壁が薄く、隣の声が響き驚いた。
エレベーターが狭く上下の移動が遅いため、かなり待たされました。

Breakfast was simple and not repetitive for two consecutive mornings. Packed breakfast to the room is allowed. Location good nearest to Nagoya Station. Staff were very helpful to give directions and made reservations at restaurants for us by phone.
We only managed to book smoking room but something could be done to remove the lingering cigarette odour. Secondly, I have been a member since 2015 and stayed in many Toyoku Inns but this one did not allow us to leave two pieces of luggages while we took a 2 day side trip to Gero and returning to stay another 3 nights.
