La ubicacion excelente y la comunicacion con el anfitrion rapida y clara.la terraza que tiene es un plus aunque no la pudimos disfrutar demasiado
Tercer piso sin ascensor y escaleras bastante empinadas y que la alcachofa de la ducha echaba agua a todas partes menos a donde tenia que echar.por lo demas todo bien

La ubicación y la tranquilidad a la hora de dormir.Tuvimos algún contratiempo técnico que no se pudo solucionar pero no tenemos queja de ello porque el anfitrión estuvo atento y dispuesto en todo momento.Después de leer las opiniones sobre las escaleras fue en lo primero que me fijé y no es para tanto. Son en caracol pero están nuevas y cuidadas.
Una mano de pintura en el techo ayudaría mucho.

Ubicación excelente, en pleno barrio de Triana, a 3 minutos andando del puente. La zona tiene muy buen ambiente, pero el piso está en una calle tranquila y nada ruidosa.
Es un piso viejo, necesita una reforma. La cocina está muy vieja, el sofá incómodo y cutre, la mesa sucia y además no había TV porque el cable coaxial estaba roto. Tampoco tiene ascensor aunque se puede entender al.ser un edficio antiguo. Realmente pagas la ubicación, y aún así es muy caro para lo que ofrece.
