Condo was ready when promised, open and keys available.
The three levels had very different comfort levels. Bottom floor too cold, main floor comfortable, loft too hot.
Master bath water closet was terrible. To open or close door, one had to be in the shower, squeeze between the toilet and the shower or straddle the toilet.
Master bed was too high. I'm 6'7" and I could barely get in the bed.
No WC on main floor. The condo could use night lights for people that need to go down two levels to use the bathroom at night.
Loft needs some privacy screens.
No insulation in the roof. Must be cold during the winter.
