Set with a comfy queen bed and hotel quality linens for your best nights rest and offers an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower/tub combo. Stocked with a refrigerator, coffee maker and coffee, microwave, toaster and beautiful flat screen TV, you will experience a perfect spot to rejuvenate and feel refreshed during your stay.

After spending a full day on the slopes or hiking, shopping in the village or adventuring, enjoy time in the heated pool or soaking in one of the three hot tubs, or sauna.  Nottingham Park/ Lake is a short walk away and offers beach side access, paddle boarding, a park, and plenty of space to take a blanket and enjoy a picnic! The Avon Rec Center is also just across the street and comes equipped with a gym, indoor lap pool, and water slide for the kiddos.

The home's high-speed internet and free WiFi make it quick and ideal for anyone working remotely. Perfect for a single guest or a couple. FREE Parking for one vehicle.

*This unit does not have air conditioning however, mountain nights are very cool.
