La casa è in una specie di condominio, signorile. Dentro e fuori è moderna, sul mare. Ma proprio sul mare. E che mare! Non è la spiaggia 'all'italiana' ampia e con gli ombrelloni da affittare ma piccola e scarsamente popolata. O ombrelloni da casa o senza. Ma è ventilato e si sta benissimo. Quindi meglio 'alla tunisina' che 'all'italiana'. Panorama stupendo anche sulla medina dalla spiaggia. Ci sono stati dei problemi iniziali, ma la signora ci ha fatti contenti, nonostante fosse fisicamente fuori dal Paese: ci è saputa venire in contro (e parlava anche bene inglese). Buona attenzione al cliente.

La strada che va dalla stazione a casa, non è bellissima(1.2km circa). Il percorso che va dalla casa alla medina(1.5km o meno), è carino e abbastanza tranquillo. La zona fuori dalla medina è carina, piena di famiglie ma anche di accalappiaturisti

Spacieux, propre, moderne. Le lave-linge est un plus fort apprécié. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle. Le propriétaire est très réactif et agréable.

Évitez la plage en bas de la résidence qui est minuscule et sale. Je conseille la plage principale de hammamet qui se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied

Very nice well equipped apartment in a good location, kind host, you have everything what you need for a holidays stay, we enjoyed our short holidays and would recommend the apartment further

Minor things will make the stay even more comfortable : - coffee capsules, espresso machine is available - thrush bags - white towels - stable WiFi connection through an internet landline

The hosts Alex and Marina are very friendly, helpful all the time, accommodated our need for an early check-in and gave us many useful hints. The house is fantastic: large, beautiful and clean, with a great location, well equipped, and with an amazing view to the ocean. It was better than we expected!
