Apartamento espaçoso, limpo e bem equipado. Muito bem localizado, próximo da praia e das ruas de comércio, mas em uma rua muito sossegada e silenciosa à noite.

We stayed at this apartment in Florianópolis and overall had a pleasant time. The apartment itself is very spacious, and the location is excellent — just a two-minute walk to the beach and a supermarket conveniently around the corner. However, there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The apartment was not as clean as we expected when we arrived. Additionally, we only received one towel per person, which was not sufficient for our stay. There were also no amenities provided at all — no dish soap, no trash bags, no shower gel, not even basic items like hand soap or salt. For an apartment of this size and price, we would have expected at least some essentials to be available. On top of that, the Wi-Fi stopped working during the last two days of our stay and unfortunately couldn’t be fixed. As compensation, we were offered a complimentary late check-out, which we appreciated. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and basic supplies, this could be a truly great place. The location and size are fantastic, but improvements are needed to make the stay more comfortable
