Common living area was spacious for 4 adults. Balcony with washer and drying rack were great. Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Nice neighborhood with good restaurants, large supermarket, small mercato with fresh fruits, vegetables, Italian deli, small shops, etc. One block away from bus stops.
2 small beds in small bedroom were very narrow for an adult. 5th "bed" was not a bed; it was more a bench with a mattress in a spare room with no door, no windows, no closet. Seemed to be more for a child. Also, walls were very "thin". We could hear showers, bathroom users, walking, in the units around us. S. Roma Pietro subway was nearest but was never an option on our navigation apps. So we had to catch a bus or Uber everywhere. Bus stops were just a short walk to main street.
