One of the best holiday homes we have ever
stayed in, and we've stayed in a few.
The pictures don't do it justice.
Spotlessly clean and literally everything you could want for a great stay.
Including lovely little touches everywhere.
Beds are really comfortable and the sofas in the lounge were great.
The kitchen is really well supplied with all cooking utensils, saucepans, frying pans and even baking stuff.
Plenty of crockery etc.
Great outdoor space with plenty if sun and hood furniture.
Great location approx. 10 min walk to the sea.
Hosts were easy to contact and nothing too much trouble.
Going above and beyond when I left a bag behind.
Great hosts, great accommodation.
I would recommend this property.
No surprise, it's won awards.

Great base for our stay in Ramsgate, just a short walk to the beach with one staircase to get down there, the house itself was beautifully done, with everything there for your stay and the courtyard was a lovely place to cool down in the evening
The road the house was on was quite busy. We did get parked and didn't move our car during the break so wasn't a problem for us

EVERYTHING!!
There was nothing I can fault with this house. It was comfortable (loved the lazy boy sofa 💚), was left a pint of milk and bottle of Cava which was nice, affordable, the location was excellent and the owners were sublime! Thank you Julie and Cliff, we hope you liked our parting gift!!
NOTHING!!
The parking is available but just a little tricky as it is on a residential street in Ramsgate and coming from London, it’s a little tight but no fault to the house or owners.

Everything, the house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The house was warm and cosy. Great location for exploring the area. Instructions were clear. If we could have we would have stayed longer! We didn't want to leave.
Nothing. We have stayed in many places and this house had everything. There wasn't anything irritating at all!
