The room was fair, a little dated but clean and organized. I didn't meet the hosts but they are undoubtedly very experienced, everything was in place easy to find. The location is very convenient, next to a shopping mall and a very short walk from the city center. Do recommend for short stays (<= 1 week) and would stay there again.
No mineral water or coffee in the room - this might be too much to ask but that would've made a difference. Also I could not adjust the heater. I don't know if it was broken but it kept turning on and off by itself and there was no way to set it.

Great location not far from the train station. Very clean and comfortable, complimentary coffee. While all contact with staff was online, they were very responsive.
Should have been clearer about the room number. Also, the booking apparently specified that there was no bike storage, but I didn't see this when I booked.

Good value for money
check in experience, I found the hotel closed and I had to call them on the phone to let me in.. the door lock was not very smooth and took me a bit to understand how to lock and unlock it
