Convenient location in an average street, good value for money: apartment was in good condition with all that is needed and more
We had a bad experience with the keys (our fault). Could not get in the main entrance on arrival, but we were assisted immediately by building manager who was quick and polite. On our last night we locked ourselves out!!! Assistance arrived quick and polite but cost us $80 for the call out. If this only happened to us we deserve it, but if it's happened to others maybe a different lock system would help Sometimes the driveway was blocked and could not park in garage but no big deal

Relatively modern compared to others in the area.
Narrow street was blocked by other cars from time to time but we managed okay.

Excellent location. Walking distance to two beaches, lots of cafes and shops. Walk to either Nelsons Bay or Shoal Bay. It was great to have access to a lock up garage for the car especially in the hot weather. The unit was very secure. The property was clean and the kitchen was well appointed.
The internet was sub par. Speed tests consistently stated that the speed was low, good for loading a webpage but not videos. The unit has two smart TV's that were rendered unusable with the slow internet. No antenna was connected, so there were basically no entertainment. The internet seemed to be better in the evening, so I was able to watch some Netflix then. If two devices were connect, nothing would load. The air conditioning in the bedroom was not working, so it was very hot at night. The bathroom did not have any towel hooks which was very strange.
