There was no breakfast promised or provided, so I'm not sure why that is a question for the survey. The location is quiet, on a very nice little neighborhood street. Less than 10 minutes to get to the center/plaza. Lots of pillows throughout, a very well equipped large kitchen, and we love the porch! Lots of birds and lovely peonies, and two rockers for us to enjoy! Off-street parking as well, though you have to juggle your car to make sure the other two units behind the house have access to their cars. Not a big problem.
There is only one bathroom, though we knew that, because we've stayed here before. No real place to put our bathroom stuff. The only real issue is that the king bed is SO HUGE you can't even get the wonderful armoire open enough to put clothes in. A ridiculously huge head and footboard for the size of the room. Since we were gone all day at a conference, the bedroom issue became a real problem, because we were only there at night, and the King bed is so high (truly at least 32" from the floor), I couldn't get into the bed on my own.

We have stayed in different Casitas in Santa Fe for decades. This one had the best equipped kitchen by far of any we've ever stayed in. Full kitchen with many appliances (and instruction manuals), fully stocked pantry of seasonings and essentials, full sets of good cookware, utensils, glassware, etc. We like to fix a breakfast in the morning and cook in the evening, only eating out mid day so this was perfect. The location was ideal and the neighborhood extremely quiet. Good for walking or just sitting in the rocking chair on the porch with a good beverage and watching the sun go down enjoying the quiet. The host was very thoughtful and responsive. When we arrived there were fresh flowers in several rooms, all thoughtfully arranged. The "House Book/Instructions" were the most comprehensive and well explained of any I'd ever experienced. The second night we had an issue with the TV not working as the instructions said it should (which turned out to be an issue with the cable provider affecting the entire neighborhood) 20 minutes after I texted the host asking about the issue, she called, told me she'd had something similar happen she assumed was caused by a previous guest, and to try a fix that had worked for her earlier. We tried the fix and it worked for that night, but then happened again the next day. Mid day the host contacted us telling us she'd been informed of a service issues and wanting to know if we had issues she could report to the provider. On getting home all was fine and the issue resolved, having been the providers problem all along. But I've no doubt our host would have done all in her power to resolve any issue on her end and kept us informed about progress.
There we two things we thought could have been better, and one personal preference thing that we didn't like but was OK. First (and easiest to fix) was that the Living Room is somewhat dim and lit only by an overhead ceiling light. It would have been nice to have a reading light or a couple of pole lamps in the room for reading or sitting by the fireplace. Second, the beds and bedroom furniture are all antiques and massive, such that there is little space to move around the room or spread out. The beds are extremely high and difficult for short people to get into. A step stool is thoughtfully provided as my 4 ft 10 inch wife had to rely on, and found a bit difficult to use in the middle of the night with the lights off. I had to boost myself using my foot on the bed frame, and with that boost was able to hop up to the bed. Short people, or large people, or those with mobility issues could find it difficult to stay in this space and should be made aware. But the mattresses were comfortable and we slept very well despite the closeness of the space. Our personal preference issue is that the TV in the living room is a huge flat screen and the seating is very close. Movies are in high definition but appear larger than life size in proportion to the distance and size of the room. Some people will think this is perfection--others, like us, would preferred a smaller screen and image. Regardless, TVs aren't that important to us when we travel and wouldn't be factor on deciding to return. None of these "dislikes" were strong enough to make us feel negative about the casita or our experience in staying there. We definitely plan to return and book again, and offer them so others for which they may be more important can be aware.

Very clean and very convenient. We loved sitting outside with morning coffee. Kitchen very well stocked.
While there were several fans, there really wasn’t any cross ventilation. It would be more comfortable to sleep with two small window air conditioners. The furniture was so large and massive it was difficult to move around in the bedrooms.

good location; quiet neighborhood; well-stocked with necessities; cute property
There was mouse poop on the dining room table, chairs, and floor. We bought mouse traps, set them, and we caught two mice on two consecutive nights.
