Clock did not work Bed sheet not big enough for the couch from the living room One of the bed sheets was torn in the corner Bed sheet did not seem to be washed recently Shower drain is almost blocked. After 1 week i did not yet received my deposit.

location was great for the kind of holiday we wanted to do, quite place between Rouen and the coast. Apartment cosy and comfortable and just right in the centre of the lovely Montivilliers.

there were only 2 glasses and 1 mug for the 4 of us.

iit has been really hard to be in contact with the owner, with replies after several hours, even if we said that we were facing some connections problems so we need to have clear and fast answer. The procedure to book and pay, with two different payments, one for the apartment and one for the deposit was not easy, also because the second one was available only when the first one is done. Finally, we had back the deposit only after several days, and the procedure was not so clear. if there's no a check out in presence, how can I be sure that I will pay, for my deposit, for something that has been broken maybe after my departure? in adding to this, the description is saying "parking", so I expected a private one; instead it was just a parking on the street, with parking disk
