Good value when reserved in advance.
Central location (Ski-in, but not Ski-out).
My main problem with was related to the hot water in the bathroom. The water were not hot enough and the pressure was low.

Heating in the apartment was sub-standard. It was a cold apartment, never got warm.
Hot water tended to run out to lukewarm by about 7pm.
No egg flip - no utensil to use to flip fried eggs or anything else fried!
Getting the keys was a slow and cold experience waiting in line outdoors to get them. It was very big lineup on a cold Saturday afternoon. Agency needs a more efficient system.
