Very very good hotel at a walking distance of a beautiful town

The staff were really nice esp Fabian. They spoke English.

Breakfast was fine.

Room did not have some of the things listed such as hairdryer. Also, room was not cleaned on a daily basis. I had to ask to have it cleaned the day before I left.

Excellent place to stay.

Location was great. The breakfast was very good. The young man on duty, Antoine was very pleasant and helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

The wifi was very poor. Very difficult to connect and then it continually kept loosing the signal.

Good value for money. A great location and small, but comfortable room with a useful kitchen area.

Fabian, the man on reception, was really nice and helpful. The little kitchen was good. Great location. Our room was very clean with crisp white sheets on comfortable beds.

I stayed at the hotel with my disabled mother and had asked for a ground floor room and twin beds. I confirmed these requirements several days before. Two hours before we got to Guerande, I received a welcome e-mail that told me that our room on the ground floor was ready for us. However, when we arrived we had been put on the first floor with a double bed. Fabian kindly gave us twin beds, but was unable to give us a ground floor room. The staircase consists of three spiral areas which were very difficult for my mother.

Great location close to the medieval town entrance. Nice view from room to the fortress wall.

The floor was all broken up. They should probably fix it before renting it to people for a hefty fee.

Great position, lovely staff - would visit again.

Great position just outside the walls of the medieval city, and opposite one of the gates. Fridge and kettle provided.

No shelves in the bathroom for toilet bags, although there was a bookcase just outside the door.

Rien ne correspondait aux photos booking ! Quelle déception !

Tout accueil chambre bel espace en bas mais quelle mauvaise surprise à la découverte de la chambre dans un fond de couloir et type chambre de bonne ne valait certainement pas 115 € la nuit. Brosse toilette rouillée, douche minable peinture sur faïence qui s'effrite pomme de douche inategnable et support cassée sans oublier rouille sur radiateur lampe de chevet cassée et encore des support de tringle de penderie sur les murs en guise de porte manteau quelle honte et tout cela photos à l'appui

Bon emplacement et bon petit déjeuner

Chambre indépendante avec petite cuisine équipée du minimum idéal pour préparer un petit déjeuner ou un repas simple. Parking gratuit à 200 mètres et dans la rue adjacente. Juste en face de la porte principale de Guérande et à 100 mètres d'un loueur de vélos. Petit déjeuner en mode buffet très bon.

Chambre un peu sombre et humide mais des rénovations vont à priori être effectuées.

Séjour d'une nuit très agréable dans un hôtel assez atypique aux portes de la ville fortifiée.

L'emplacement est parfait, donnant directement sur la ville fortifiée, l'accueil est charmant. Le petit-dejeuner est d'un bon rapport qualité prix.

On pourrait supprimer de la chambre économique le petit frigo (très bruyant chaque fois qu'il se remet en route), ainsi que la tablette au dessus du lavabo de la salle d'eau, ce qui permettrait de s'y laver les dents sans se la prendre dans la figure.

Tout nous a agréablement convenu. Fabien est une personne très agréable doté d’une aisance pour converser qui cherche à satisfaire la clientèle. La propreté des chambres est irréprochable, la literie est très s confortable. L’hôtel est calme. L’accueil de Fabien est chaleureux et plaisant. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre passage. Nous n’hésiterons à recommander votre établissement....

La personnalisation romantique de la chambre, la décoration et l'ambiance sympathique, la localisation parfaite pour découvrir la ville et en face des remparts, l'accueil chaleureux de l'équipe sur place

La chambre aurait pu éventuellement avoir une climatisation pour l'été d'ailleurs, c'est peut-être envisagé mais nous n'avons pas posé la question
