Convenient, tasty and well organized. Great for families. Restaurants / beach very close.

The location is fantastic, set back from the beach with just a short walk to beach and restaurants. The house was comfortable and corresponded to the pictures. Two large bathrooms, comfortable beds, kitchen equipped to allow for simple cooking. The pool was cleaned daily. The beach, while big enough is sheltered and even on very windy days we had excellent bathing and swimming conditions. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and quick to react if we needed anything. Nearby Plakias offers a variety of Supermarkets and shops but you need a car. We dined in the beach restaurants in walking distance and were very happy with the service and food. Would book again.

There a few niggles that, if rectified would have toggled my review to a 10. Many of the closet and kitchen cabinet doors are warped and don't open all the way. Lighting in the upstairs bathroom is very dark. The house is draughty, so when there is strong wind there is quite the howling, especially in the upstairs bedroom. However, we got used to it quickly.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine privée, la belle plage à 50 m. L’accueil est un peu distant mais très courtois.

Attention, le descriptif annonce la présence d’un lave-vaisselle. Il n’y en a pas. Lorsque j’ai fait la remarque à la propriétaire, elle m’a proposé tout simplement de m’envoyer quelqu’un le matin faire la vaisselle. À la fois surprenant et adorable. À certaines heures, le débit d’eau, particulièrement au niveau de la douche est très faible. Il suffit de le savoir et de s’organiser en conséquence. Une personne vient vous voir tous les matins pour débarrasser les ordures, et 1 jour sur 3 pour refaire le lit et changer le linge de maison. 

Very nice, modern house, lots of light, comfortable, good location, close from nice beaches

We booked the villa mainly because of the advertised heated pool (even in the name!), after 3 days it was still 22c cold. The house is very new and still needs some final touch - no hangers to put clothes on, both house and bathrooms, more shelves in wardrobe needed. Only one cooking pot not enough, missing dish cloth, no emergency washing powder, very lose pool ladder. PLEASE mark the raki on the table as alcohol - our daughter accidentaly drank from it as it was in water bottle, thank you.
