La ubicación es excelente. Si bien la entrada hacia la casa es estrecha, vale totalmente la pena y ningún día tuve problema para llegar hasta ella. La vista es espectacular y la sensación térmica al interior de la casa es genial en dias con viento, fríos o soleados.
Calle de acceso, pero no depende del anfitrión.

La casa es muy rica, cómoda y con una vista hermosa que hace que todo valga la pena. Matanzas y La Boca son lugares preciosos para recorrer, y si tienen auto 4x4 les recomendamos 100% ir a Playa Topocalma, es un paseo que no se pueden perder. El dueño de la propiedad fue súper buena onda, muy paciente y respetuoso con los términos de pago, lo que hizo todo mucho más fácil. En resumen: 10 de 10, volveríamos felices y lo recomendamos a ojos cerrados.
el baño que está en la pieza matrimonial, la ducha salpica al piso y moja todo, difícil de limpiar y queda húmedo. podrian agregar mas productos de limpieza: paño de baño, trapero...etc fue difícil mantener un orden con poco material de limpieza.

Vista privilegiada, lugar muy tranquilo y seguro. Casa muy amplia, cómoda, bien equipada. Recibió a 10 personas sin inconvenientes. Estacionamiento para 3 autos sin problemas.
Sería bueno que se pueda contar pronto con el Hot Tub. Un poco más de atención con las duchas… el piso estaba con hongos.
