Charming Suite With Gym Near NRG Medical Center

The property felt very secure. Gated community. Very spacious and it was clean with plenty of extra linens and towels. Very cozy and in a great area close to everything.

The review about the halls reeking of marijuana is true, but a tolerable nuisance since it didn’t carry into the apartment. Outside of that the property was great. ALTHOUGH- We were told halfway through our stay that we needed to evacuate the apartment, that the building no longer allows “short-term” rentals and that they were asked to vacate the apartment. We were informed that there were movers coming the next morning. The host did offer a different location for the remainder of our stay, but it was farther out of our way, we were not familiar with the area and it did not feel safe.

We needed to be by the NRG center and it was perfect.

The location was excellent for our needs

The complex didn’t feel safe. The hallways smelled of marijuana and loud music was coming from an apartment across the hallway. The beds are terrible and the bed frames felt as if they could break at any minute. The kitchen floor had not be swept prior to our arrival and the tub/shower needed cleaning.
