1. 步行五分鐘左右就有超商，位置方便。 2. 停車位近
有廚房，有鍋具跟盤子，但沒有碗。泡麵要記得買碗裝的。

色々整っていて、きれいでよかったです。
お風呂のタンクにお湯がなく、湯船にお湯が貯めれず着いてすぐ子供をお風呂に入れれなかった。 自分たちで炊き増しをしてやっと3時間後くらいにお湯が入れた。毎回ではないのかもしれませんが、タンクにお湯があるか確認しておいてほしかった。 トイレの鍵を閉めて赤色のマークになっても扉が開いたので鍵が壊れていた。 トースターがあると便利だった。
